Prison Ministry Courses
The Canadian Lord’s Day Association (CLDA) has recently prepared three different courses (click to view entire folder) for people who want to learn more about the Bible. Many inmates who have graduated with certificates from these courses have expressed appreciation for the simple yet profound instruction they received by following these courses.
Our introductory Bible Correspondence Course covers the main truths of the Bible in twenty-five lessons. Each lesson begins with an assigned reading of a passage of Scripture. There is some explanation of the lesson theme and questions to answer. The blanks to be filled are designed for the Authorized King James Version of the Bible. If you do not have a copy of this version of the Bible, please request one from the CLDA through your chaplain or directly from the Trinitarian Bible Society.
The Advanced Bible Doctrine Course involving 60 lessons based on the classic Protestant Catechism written in Heidelberg during the Reformation.
The CLDA Bible Study Course has been developed in order to help followers read the Bible thoughtfully through. There are explanitory notes in each lesson that seek to assist with understanding difficult portions of Scripture.
